Had a very great conversation with the recruiter about the position and career development path at Mars. She stated that she would put me through to the next round - I followed up with a thank you, and no reply. Followed-up again to ask if there were any updates and no reply. Even if the hiring manager wasn't interested in speaking to me, one decent reply to inform me of that would have been respected.... don't waste your time if you're content with your current employer.
