Entretien
Submitted resume to a friend who worked there to give to the hiring managers. They fast tracked the process. Went 4 days later to the panel interview. They said they wanted to make a decision by the end of the week. End of the week came and I heard nothing. 2 weeks after the interview I emailed the recruiter to check the status. They later sent me a rejection email.

Entretien
Just remain relax, it´s all about to show you can fit with the office people (all are relaxed, smiling, nice and friendly and so should you).
First of all you will get a call asking you about how much you know the company.
Second round it´s a physical interview, in Mexico they will care more about your ability to speak english and answer question about the five principles of the company.
Third round might be a panel interview(in my case)
