Sucked! Met at a Chili's... was asked NOT to stop and check out the terminal before accepting the offer... now I know why... most of their terminals are run-down and look like they should be condemned! Was lied to from the very beginning... EVERYTHING they told me was a lie!!! Even the guy who hired me - and his boss - have quit to go someplace with a future!!! This is a sinking ship!!!

Telephone interview first. They are looking for someone that can multi task and hire drivers. Also, previous work in sales is very helpful. The 2nd interview was in person with 2 employees. Easy going, casual and typical interview questions. They are more focused on sales and previous employment. There were questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years?".
Showing increase in sales in any position is helpful. Also, must have a BA degree to impress them. It is possible to haggle a little bit as did a former employee. He was allotted a fuel reimbursement on top of his salary for his commute to work.

Question 1
There were no trick questions, just a laid back interview with 2 laid back managers.
