I was unwilling to write a review about the interview process since I was very disappointed with the manner they ended it but for everyone who wants to know the real experience, here I go.
In the first round, I spoke with a person from HR department. He asked me to talk about my past experience and explained what the Client Services and Solutions team does and responsibilities of the role in particular. It was a casual interaction and within couple of days, he setup an interview with a member from Client Services and Solutions team.
In this round, I had to walk him through my resume and then was asked to solve the challenges which involved estimation and critical thinking. He was very cordial and gave ample time to think. Though it wasn't my best performance, I did well enough to proceed to the next round.
The third round was the Challenge round which involved two parts. The first one was the specification round , in which one has to explain the features of a particular website and the second was Response rate Challenge, which involved statistical analysis. You will be given 24 hours to complete this challenge and even though they mention, on average each candidate takes 8-9 hours, I was asked to utilize the time well and that I wouldn't be penalized if I take more than 8-9 hours. I did extremely well in this round. We all know that feeling when we give our best performance. The HR was very responsive and helpful until this point. What followed next was a complete contrast.
A week after I submitted the challenge, I got a mail from HR and in three sentences he conveyed that they wouldn't be able to proceed further with the interview. Though I was thoroughly disappointed since I was very confident of my performance in the last round, I wanted to know understand where I faltered and learn from the experience. I mailed the HR immediately asking for a feedback. I also reached out to the person I interacted with during the challenge round. It's been almost 15 days since I sent the mail and I haven't received a word from them. I am appalled how a company that boasts of clients such as Apple, Macy's, Marriott, that gives utmost importance to customer feedback, could behave so unprofessionally. If Medallia doesn't have the practice of giving a feedback, why can they not make that statement clear! I had read about other interviewees' disgusted feeling about they were treated when they got a reject and I experienced it first hand. I would have liked to be a part of this company only to learn on technical front but never would I like to work for a company with such pathetic culture!

The best, most seamless interview process I've ever been involved in. The recruiter was in regular contact. Went from application, interview, and offer within a 2 week span and accepted offer very shortly thereafter.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to stretch outside of your comfort zone and how did you handle it?
The questions and technical challenge were fair and relevant. I had the opportunity to speak to some fairly senior people, even though the role I applied for is not. The process was fairly efficient, and I had flexibility in my start date. Overall as good as can be expected.

El proceso fue bastante largo, tuve 10 entrevistas y en la última me dijeron que en realidad habia otro candidato. Creo que finalmente fu una cuestión de afinidad mas que de capacidad.
