I had an initial call with the recruiter who was very kind and then a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager. It was a longer process since I was the first candidate but not unrealistic. When I applied, I did not quite meet the preferred 5+ years of experience but felt like I was still seriously considered and treated like a quality candidate throughout the process which I feel is unique.
