IL primo step è stato telefonico, con il dipartimento di risorse umane, con domande molto generali per capire il mio interesse e il mio livello di inglese. A seguito di questa telefonata, che ha avuto esito positivo vi è poi stato un colloquio via teams con il manager e il department director. A seguito di ciò mi è stata inviata offerta formale.
