If you cannot afford a employee then why do you waste Candidate's time. Already the current salary and expected salary is asked in the screening and then started with the interview process. 4 rounds and then not selected due to salary.
Wasting our time and efforts and at the end asking for negotiation. How cheap.

Three consecutive interviews with members of the Statistics team all via Microsoft Teams. They ended up asking a lot of similar questions that were based on overall knowledge of SAS.
