I was contacted for an interview within a few days of submitting an application. The screening interview was 30 min with a Director-level member of the hiring team. The interview was extremely casual where the Director spoke at length about MedPace culture, values, and job responsibilities. Following screening interview I was asked to meet with two additional Directors and HR for a total of 1.5 hrs. Again, very casual conversation getting to know me and my experience, offering to answer any questions, and speaking at length about MedPace. I was asked 1-2 STAR based questions in total. Received offer within 2 weeks.
