The hiring manager interview was exactly as follows:
Manager: "Tell me about your experience"
Me: Told her my story
Manager: "You have questions for me?"
Me: No
That was it, the recruiter never got back to me.
I've been working at top level companies and I'm well experienced with recruiting more than 30+ people over the years, I have never had such a poor experience before.
This really points to the fact that this place is probably no more than a meat market that is not taking the approach of people first and doesn't really care.
Director reached out and scheduled a chat. Described their organization within the giant. What each teams bring to the table and hurdles for upcoming projects. Process described but no timeline.

Entretien
Given 2 interviews online, then given a technical test. Upon clearance given 3rd personal interview onsite. It took 2-3 months in this process. Then never heard back from them for around 6 weeks even after reminders. Not professional.
Quick in scheduling interviews. Total Four rounds of interviews. 2 interviewers were not even paying attention when I was answering. Recruiter took lot of time to communicate final result. Interview experience can be improved a lot.
