I had an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a series of 1-on-1 calls with six people (the hiring manager being one of them), about 45 minutes each. The whole team was very friendly and incredibly welcoming. Various topics were divided up so each person touched on a different subject. The overall focus of the interviews centered around personality characteristics and behavioral questions rather than technical skills. The team was well-coordinated with each other and I felt that I had good opportunities to cover all of my skillsets and assets. Overall, I really enjoyed talking to everyone, they had a good sense of what the role required and who would fit within the Medtronic culture, and the whole process was very orderly and logical.

Changing the status quo can be difficult for some groups or companies. Tell me about a time when you proposed a change to a preexisting system and faced barriers to implementing your suggestion.
1st round technical based on the job description, 2nd round was more team based questions, it was relatively straightforward, You have to prepare well, and be ready to discuss your resume in full detail.

Entretien
HR screen, Hiring manager interview, then 4 one on one interviews with different members of the team. Not very technical for the most part, just talking about experience, skills and abilities.
However after the 4 interviews they ghosted. This is not a good company to work for. Then I did research and read about the frequent annual layoffs that happen in Apr-May each year.
No matter how big a company is ghosting is simply unprofessional. It is a clear sign that the company does not think much of the people they are interviewing. If they truly valued "talent" they wouldn't ghost candidates after both sides have made significant time investment into the process.
