The interview process consisted of 2 phone screens followed by a 2 hour in person interview. This is not an interview process you can wing it. I put in 18-20 hours of research/prep.

Very thorough, honestly an amazing experience considering everything with Covid. Amazing leadership and management. The recruiter told me exactly what to study for and I hit on almost everything. Unfortunately during Covid “almost everything” is not enough. You have to be perfect in these times if you are going to land a good job
