The interview was 4.5 hours long. I met with 4 different people and then had an Excel test. There were a lot of situation type questions and personality questions. There weren't a lot of technical questions or questions about my specific skill set. It was what I would expect from a start-up interview. They want to make sure the personality is there as well as the knowledge.
