J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meraki (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2019
Entretien
- Chat with recruiter.
- 1 hour technical interview online doing exercises with an engineer
- 2-3 hours of online exercises
- 3 hours on-site interviews.
I had a very bad experience. They knew my salary from the beginning of the interview process, but they offered me 33% less salary than my current salary, after I had to go from other country to UK to have an on-site interview. A few days after my on-site interview they told me they wanted me to work in the company, but they needed to check a few things, and they let me waiting nervous 4-5 days more to give me that offer, after that, 5 days later they offered me a higher salary, but still was very low compared to my current.
The first round phone screen with HR is one of THE most stupid interviews I've had, hr without tech background just asks if you know abc that's related to the job, and some none sense q, worst part is they have the power to even fail more than qualified candidates with subjective prejudiced opinions. No organization will benifit from this sick culture, real talent wont give a damn about it, and better keep away.
