Got a referral from a friend at Cisco, initially had a phone interview one of their recruiters. Conversation was mostly about my background and a little about the position. I asked a few questions about what were Meraki's values and so on. There answer was really just "these are the things we look for in a candidate. Gave me the impression that they either didn't know, or they didn't really have any. My Interview ended with the recruiter telling me they were interested and wanted to do a second technical interview. They followed up with an email of possible technical topics for the interview, also asking for my resume and possible times. After replying and sending a few followups I got no responses. Probably good though because the positions was a lot more lone wolf (less collaborative) than I was looking for.
