Sehr angenehmes und transparentes Bewerbungsverfahren. Der schriftlichen Bewerbung folgte ein Kennenlernen per Video und ein anschließendes persönliches Kennenlernen vor Ort. Direkte Kommunikation bzgl. Rückmeldung. Auch wenn am Ende eine Absage kam, war der Bewerbungsprozess sehr fair geführt.

Quick, competency based interview. I heard back within 3 weeks from start to finish. Was updated at every benchmark of the process, got a 1st and 2nd interview with a tour of the liquid and dry powder media areas, and got offered the role!
The interview was not that difficult, was asked how to do cell splitting step-by-step and in detail. Other generic questions like why do you want to work here. Mostly its the interviewer that is talking about the company.
