It consisted of personality tests and a short 15 minute video interview that consisted mostly of work related background questions and questions about customer service and how you handle customers and how much you value customer service

Laid back conversation. Asked about previous experience. Spoke in length about potential growth, as well as job responsibilities. Went well. Received offer and took it. Worked there for 3 years, experience was great.

Very interesting interview, pick your brain on how to solve day to day situations, deal with different aspects of solving a situations, very easy, friendly. Felt like they cared about who they hire.
