I submitted online and was approched by HR they asked me about my experience and background, if everything goes okay they'll schedule for another call for a more technical interview. In the meantime you will be asked to fulfill a series of assessments (verba, analytical, etc). After the interview they'll schedule an online programming assessment, with general multiple choice questions this exam is designed for java so be prepared to answer them as well, this exam contains 3 programming questions they have a template (but the template is not available for some programming languages). In my case the template was not available for my programming language and although I mentioned this to the HR person in charge of my process I never heard from them, no feedback whatsoever.
