I did Only hr interview. I did not proceed with the process due to mismatch in salary expectations. Hr person was kind and transparent. It was for a hybrid role in Milan.

Started the initial interview where the HR looked pretty interested (also received a follow up mail saying that they were really interested) in my figure to then be ghosted and only after that i asked for some updates i got rejected.

There are 3 rounds of interviews in total, after passing the CV screening, the first round is a behavioural interview with the hr, which is probably a further understanding of you and the information on your CV, the second round is a technical interview, which is probably peer coding and a few technical questions, and finally the mollie fit
