I applied online through LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the call through their online application. They never called me. I reached out to the recruiter to find out what happened and maybe reschedule. They replied that their meeting had run late and they would be happy to reschedule. After that, I tried to reschedule twice and got pretty much the same replies and after that, they ghosted me. Very negative experience on my part. I would have preferred to just be rejected instead of wasting my time.

Interview process is very fast. I applied online. There are 3 steps. - HR interview - iOS team interview - Head of mobile interview There is no assignment and that was good. They rejected me at step 2. I asked for the reason but they did not answer my emails after rejection. I answered all the questions and I was a perfect fit for them.
