Short call with HR. Felt okay, he was pretty new there. This made it difficult to get a sense of the company. It was pretty chaotic (his words) and one must like it when one want to work there.
Overall it was a nice conversation and not too many questions were asked.
I didn't get it, because of the gap between pay.

Entretien
The first interview was just a short getting to know each other. The guy on the other side of the phone was really friendly and the conversation was very informativ.
After that he schedulded me a second appointment with the Teamlead of the Departement which was very profesional but quite relaxed.
