That group session will envolve a group of 8-12 people and there will be a company presentation, internship description and conditions, aswell as a small 2-minute pitch where each person will present themselves. Afterwards, a small decision-making exercise with an hypothetical scenario. There is no wrong answers: the objective is seeing how the candidate applies their logic to the situation at hand. If the recruiters like you, you will receive another call to appoint a follow-up interview, with simple questions about background and the areas you would like to intern.
