Two interviews. One with HR, focused on my resume and one with my boss, stressing what I knew about the industry and my perspectives. We exchanged also opinions on Blockchain which is not directly related to the job, but a potential future area of development.

I do not recommend this internship. The recruitment process was unprofessional, consisting only of an IQ test before receiving an offer. During the program, the workload was split between mainframe systems, manual testing, and Java Spring Boot. I found the focus on legacy mainframes and manual tasks to be a waste of time, as they offer very little value for a modern developer's career growth.

Tuve una prueba y una entrevista. La prueba eran preguntas de razonamiento lógico y cuantitativo. Luego de eso vino la entrevista, donde principalmente preguntan sobre tu experiencia y alguna que otra pregunta técnica del área a la que aplicas.
