Initial communication started with the HR. He asked me if i am ready to move, my current job profile in brief and salary. Then i got the call from the SVP, he asked me the same questions. Later I was asked to come for face to face round of interview. It was almost 6-7 hrs of interview by 3 different people and lastly SVP interviewed me. I was grilled on operations, quality, service improvements, itil expert etc.

Wonderful conversation with VP and recruiter, excited about potential role. There was a clear focus on not just technical competency, but also social fluency and team fit. I was very impressed with the recruiting process from start to finish.

o processo é longo e demorado. acredito ter muitos concorrentes. a visão da empresa é bem orientada e com uma forte cultura. porem em nivel executivo não se trabalha com equipes e é necessario ter visao 360.
