Technical Rounds at various levels by client and NTT Data as well. Client Rounds are pretty technical but easy to solve problems. NTT Data Manager does technical screening as well before client interview.

It's a bit awkward, as they're hesitant to give you the offered salary, and they're not directors. The rest of the interview follows a standard format. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to choose the type of work, but he felt somewhat limited in negotiating the salary.

Entretien
Initial HR discussion and followed with a in-person technical round. Technical interview lasted close to 30-40mins. Questions were mainly focused on the project contributions aligning the requirements they had. Got the update after 2 weeks and onboarding process was pretty straight forward.
