Short technical interview where they ask a bunch of broad questions and assign a level. The received level might not be your actual level but some internal limits they have for each project. You might be L5 but the project they hire for is set as a max L4 so that is what you get.

Nice Interviewer, share a lot of things regarding the technologies, ask more about your current knowledge, but before interview got writing exam first like 30 minutes. The interviewer share is open to be asked a lot of question and he answer it like he is your teacher.
