It started off with a useless discussion with a HR person which could have been 3 messages on LinkedIn, followed by two technical interviews which I passed. The process was rather slow with at least a week between each step. I received good feedback but then I was supposed to wait for a client interview, which never happened, because they didn't even win the bid for the project they were hiring for... So after a while of no comms, they offered to place me into discussion for another project, I agreed, and I was ghosted, never heard of them since.
