2 rounds were conducted, 1st with the HR , phone interview, 2nd with the Operations Managers.General questions were asked, that is where all the trouble is.Questions related to Warehouse safety were asked.They just asked if I knew excel and how much, thats it.

Personal Interview taken by the General Manager and HR Generalist. Most questions asked were situational and related to the SOPs of the company. As I was an internal applicant they most likely was interested to know if I am competitive committed to this role.
