I'll try not to come across as bitter due to the lack of an offer, but one look around the office told me this wasn't the place for me anyway. 2-stage process, where HR based externally to the country you are applying for the role will promise you heaven and earth if you shuffle across your CV to them. Duly did, knocked it out of the park there, interview requested within days. Interview process was fairly straightforward, 1-to-1 with a potential future manager, and I thought I'd performed OK with consideration to my subconscious actively sandbagging the interview, due to said negativity around the office environment. Don't try to play mind games here to put pressure on the recruiter to consider your offer quickly - this was probably what did for me, at the same time I was thinking of the long handcuff time I had to my current employer, which could have been misconstrued. Absolutely ZERO feedback and lies from external HR with regards to "we'll get back to you in a few days" (still waiting chaps), probably the weakest post-interview feedback I've ever received and only confirmed my suspicions this is definitely not the place for me.
