I was interviewed for following rounds 1- telephonic screening 2- technical round 3- with managers Then HR ghosted,I sent a follow up email then got feedback as my candidature is on hold and will get an update on next day. The HR ghosted again. This is how it goes here. All you get a good feedback from interviewers and then no update..
