I'm actually still in the interview process, but after finishing my first interview yesterday...I definitely left very interested in the company. It wasn't hard at all. It was basically a "tell-me-about-yourself-and-your-goals" type of interview. It was straight up and I felt comfortable enough asking any questions that I had about the company. That interview was finished with a personality test.
