Interview process was relaxed. Huge emphasis on sales ability. Knowledge of insurance products was not necessary, but having a license helps. Questions were asked regarding income desired and ability to work with minimal supervision. Promised bonuses and great training program.

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
