One of the weirdest interviews I have been on. Felt as though I was being tested though had proved my experience in education and work experience. Pretty much no guaranteed salary, which was very surprising. This just seemed like it would be a career of cold calling and rejection, no thanks.

Kept asking me questions about my knowledge on insurance and the aspects of the financial world, although I have already proved my knowledge with a degree and job experience.
phone interview for screening, they ask about your work authorization situation and offer a description of the job. Also explained the compensation structure. not very hard and can be very short.
