The initial contact is a phone interview designed to establish a good fit for the job requirements. The second step is an assessment that they call a logic test. The reality of it is the assessment is basically a word problem math test with some algebra problems mixed in. There is also a case study to comment on and an essay question around a brand launch scenario/presentation, critique to senior management. a 1 page overview. 90 minutes to complete the assessment. Apparently the pass rate is a very mixed bag. Assuming you pass, the next step is either another phone interview but with the hiring manager or a face to face with the hiring manager....there also could be a customer input interview as well if the position is an on-site variety.
Overall, the interview questions are not all that challenging but the assessment is a bigger hurdle if you have been out of school a while or just not a math person.
