After a meeting with the recruiter I had 30 minute meetings with four different team leads and the CEO. The position I originally applied for did not exactly match my interests and I appreciated the company's flexibility in finding a role that better suited my career goals. The non-technical interviews were followed by a 72 hour take home coding challenge and a live coding interview. I would have appreciated more transparency about the steps for the technical portion of the interview process ahead of time.
