The interview process was to be expected. Not too long - First initial interview was with hiring manager, then a test via email with questions on how to answer certain scenarios. Last interview was with the customer service manager.

Entretien
Normal process- questions, past experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would suggest making sure you like animals before applying. I would also suggest looking into the different types of dog food and food companies that are out there for people to pick from. Be friendly also that is helpful.

Entretien
First there is a phone interview. If you get selected for an in-person interview, then it takes about an hour and a half. There are several different rounds and you will meet almost all the different teams at the company. Everyone is very nice though.
