I went to the career fair for my university and was invited back to an interview, it was really easy and they were very nice during the interview. There were three people and they tended to ask more behavior questions instead of ones you would normally hear.

Interviewed and declined offer. The Supply Chain recruiting is unforgiving if you decline an offer and there is no room to apply for other offers thereafter. You are blacklisted. The process was easy, once you are selected to interview.
