Initially you do an Panel interview with all the basics, tell me about yourself and your experience, why NG, you know pretty much sell yourself. They were all very friendly and approachable, they all told me about themselves and why they work there. I moved on to the next step and this was another Panel interview with a few managers people as before plus HR rep . During this interview you will do presentation about yourself and your skills and a specific problem and how to solve it.

Hiring manager would coordinate events. Met multiple managers at the same day of the interview. I was told the job was mine and an offer would be extended the day of the interview. Offer extended was ~$15k less than I currently made and declined offer.
