J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual en févr. 2013
Entretien
I got a call from a recruiter who told me a friend had referred me for a summer sales internship. I decided to participate in the interview even though I already had a position lined up for summer, using it more as an opportunity to get a food in the door. Found out it was basically a cold-call sales internship on commission which is not up my alley, so after the interview I called the recruiter back to thank her for her time and inform her thqt the position was not a fit.

Question 1
How will you use your personal network to make sales / tell how you would make a sales pitch
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
