Sat down with a higher level Agent in the office that described the job. Showed me the compensation and explained the basics of what was required. Had to pass the required tests to become licensed in my state to sell Life, Disability and Long Term Care insurance on my own time. Took a personality test which management uses to try and integrate personnel into the office culture.
