The interview process was with subject matter experts in the field. All the interviewers that I met represented the positive culture and environment that Nutanix exudes. The process started with a meeting by the Talent Advisor, who was very helpful in scheduling the interviews around my class schedule. The interviews that occurred after were definitely a positive experience. An interview in itself is a stressful situation, adding a unique situation such as a pandemic can multiply that stress factor. However, the interviewers that I met all acted professionally and were respectful. This decreased any stress or anxiety I had going into the interview.
