Lengthy in person interview. Interview was a panel of people. Asked the regular interview questions but also asked personal questions. The company is a large company but still family owned. They were interested in you personally not just work history.

a ton of behavioral interviewing. exhaustive process. very knowledgeable people. HR team was amazing... walked me through the process and had excellent follow up. The offer process was also flluid, I asked to negotiate for a different salary and while we did not see eye to eye we did reach an agreement.

Staffing agency set up interview, went to location, interviewed one on one, I could tell she wanted someone to kiss her butt...so I did, came on as temp, second day received offer for full time, got drug tested and background checked and got the job

the interview for myself was simple but I took part in several interviews for new hires and the questions varied from person to person, and they are very picky so be sure of yourself and dress professional! they love good looking people
