Unprofessional. After two rounds of screening, they ghosted me and never bothered to reply to my emails. It's extremely exhausting. I don't think I will ever be applying to a company that can't have basic courtesy on a human level to be responsive to candidates,

Entretien
This was for the position in Ogilvy Hong Kong. I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first and last interviews were fine and I felt like they answered a lot of my questions. The second interview made me decide I wasn’t going to accept the offer if it was extended to me because the team members were rude and unprofessional. They scoffed and laughed by themselves at some of my answers to their questions. Just made me feel disrespected.
