Awesome process given the team/eightbar collective is in a bit of a reset/refresh. Met with at least 5 team members from various departments but all had a really great sense of excitement for the account which was reassuring.

Q: Standard high level background questions about my work history. The interviews were very conversational which IMO benefitted both parties more than the sterile Q's most HR/teams ask during an interview.
