Entretien
I submitted an online application and was called to schedule an interview for the next morning promptly after they received it.
The store manager I was supposed to interview with wasn't there so I spoke with the merchandising manager instead, who was very warm and nice. We talked about the job and myself and she said she would recommend me to the store manager who would then call in a few days to confirm whether I should start training or interview with him.
It's been about a week and I haven't heard anything so I doubt I got the job, but the interview went well.

Why work at Old Navy instead of another mall retailer?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
