Quick group setting where they seem to analyze your communication with others. Role playing is effective and helps to get to know the managers engagement level. They train effectively so this a perfect beginners job.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
