Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Columbus, OH) en mars 2010
Entretien
For the first interview I talked with the Hiring manager who was really nice and very forward. She asked me if I felt comfortable asking customers to apply for an old navy card, she asked about my past work experience, and about school. I was then passed over to an employee who walked me a around and described what I would be doing if I were to be hired and we set up a second interview with the store manager, which I have today, and this is when I find out if I'm hired. The interview was very informal, we sat on a bench in the store while she asked me questions.

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
