You have to fill out an application online. The questions are easy to answer. Be energetic and non social. You must absolutely be available to work on black friday (day after Thanksgiving ) Managers will ask about you availability so let it be based on what you can work rather that what you like.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
