Interview process was smooth, able to arrange chats with the hiring manager and teammates very quickly. Seemed like some nice people to work with, and overall OJ provides an open environment with solid support for billing consultants.

The interview was smooth. Very conversational and I enjoyed the process.
They wanted to find out goals and what OJ can to to help reach those goals.
It was a 3 stage process with specific questions around how I would build a desk.
