One of the most memorable questions they asked me was, ‘Tell me about a time you had to adapt quickly to a change in a work environment.’ It stood out because it really made me reflect on how I stay calm under pressure and think on my feet, especially in customer-facing roles. I shared an example from when I was working as a chef and we had unexpected dietary requirements come in mid-service — it was a good opportunity to show my problem-solving and teamwork skills.
