for Mumbai location there is no any standard process for Interview. They have their own criteria to select candidates. Main criteria to get job here is gender, If you are male and talented then do not apply. If you are male with behaviour like tiktoker, transgender, Gay then only you should apply and you will get job easily there without any interview because they have one team in management which have similar properties which I mentioned above. for Females there is no obstacles as they always greedy to hire female candidates.
